God’s mercy and affection is so vast and abundant

PRIBUMI ONLINE, TANJUNG ENIM – Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:

“Allah created the grace of 100 parts. He held 99 parts by his side and lowered one part of the earth. With that one part, the beings are so affectionate that a horse lifts its foot from his son for fear of stepping on it. “(Narrated by Al-Bukhari no 6000 and Muslim No. 2752)

From Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu ‘anhu, said: The Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu’ alaihi wa sallam said:

“When God determines the destiny of the beings, He writes in His Book which is on His side above ‘Throne,’ Verily My Mercy beats My wrath. ‘” (Narrated by Al-Bukhari 3194 and Muslim No. 2751)

From ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab radhiyallahu’ anhu, he said:

“Prisoners of war arrive before the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam. Suddenly a woman from the prisoner took out her breasts to suckle her child if they found her. He also managed to pick it up and hold it to his stomach and nursed him. Then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam asked us,’ Do you think women will be willing to throw their children into the fire? ‘We replied,’ It is impossible, even though he is not able to throw it. ‘He continued,’ Surely God is more fond of my servants, His name is this woman to his son. ‘”(Narrated by Al-Bukhari 5999 and Muslim No. 2754)

Among the proofs of the greatness of God’s Mercy and Mercy against all of His servant servants, is the following Word of God:

“Say, O My servants who transgress over themselves, do not despair of God’s mercy: for Allah forgives the sins of all, for He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.” (Surah Az-Zumar 39 verse 53)

“And return unto thy Lord and surrender unto Him before the coming of the doom unto you, and ye can not be helped.” (Surah Az-Zumar 39 verse 54)

In the hadith mentioned by ‘Abdur Razaq in his Mushonnaf,

“From Ibn Mas’ud, he says that among the greatest sins is to do shirk on God, to be secure from the wrath of God and to feel hopeless and hopeless from the forgiveness of God.” (Narrated by Abdulrozaq, 10: 460, By Ath Thobroni See See Tauhid with tahqiq Shaykh Abdul Qodir Al Arnauth, p. 128).

This hadith indicates that despair of the grace and extent of Allah’s forgiveness includes a great sin. May God give us taufik to be a servant who does not despair of the extent of God’s grace and forgiveness.
